You will lead and deliver content management initiatives while working in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure the Suncorp Bank’s customer facing website and intranet adhere to best practice and are optimised for success.
What you’ll do
Lead and deliver content updates across the Suncorp Bank intranetDocument findings, learnings and recommendationsDrive innovation and opportunities within the AEM Cloud ServiceImplement website updates and lead authoring projects and initiativesImplement website tests using Adobe TargetKnows and clarifies what’s expected, taking accountability to resolve problems and set high personal standards to deliver timely results in a changing environment.Proactively helps identify risks and issuesEducate stakeholders on intranet best practice and optimisationsWhat you’ll bring
Tertiary qualification – desired or relevant industry experienceExperience with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience cloud tools5+ years of experience operating within a digital / eCommerce environmentTrack record of strong team collaboration to deliver digital solutions with proven business outcomes.
