The Opportunity

The Westport Club, located on the banks of the Hastings River, is searching for talented and passionate individuals to join our Front of House team. We are looking to expand our team of passionate foodies, baristas, VIP hosts, mixologists, creatives and entertainers. These roles are all about making Life Great for our community. Opportunities to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable moments are available across:

  • Aqua Restaurant - A top destination among Port Macquarie restaurants for outstanding casual waterfront dining. We are looking for waitstaff, cashiers and hosts who help our guests create memories celebrating a special occasion or to simply just catch up.
  • Hasting Coffee Co. - Life's Great with a barista made coffee. We are searching for baristas, cashiers and waitstaff who are driven to spoil our members and create the perfect cup every time as they overlook the beautiful Hastings River.
  • Events Centre - With a backdrop of uninterrupted waterfront views, our events team are dedicated to making every special event unforgettable We are looking for tea who know how to put on a show and sprinkle a little magic to create memorable celebrations, weddings and corporate events.

About you

You are a people person, with the ability to inspire a great time with your energy, charm and engaging personality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to create connections and memorable moments with ease. To be considered for these roles you will need the following:

  • Current NSW RSA & RCG qualifications (or a willingness to obtain)
  • Full availability and flexibility to work across the Club’s operating hours including late evenings, weekends and public holidays (8am-3am every day)
  • A “can do” attitude with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a large team; and
  • A genuine passion for customer service
