Gaming Host

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gaming Host at The Westport Club, part of Mingara Leisure Group. As a Gaming Host, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our members and guests in the gaming area.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests into the gaming area and provide exceptional customer service
• Create and deliver a range of drinks to our patrons, including barista-made coffee
• Troubleshoot gaming machines and ensure all patrons are enjoying our club in a safe manner
• Clean and tidy the gaming area, including washing crockery and glassware

Requirements

• Valid NSW RSA & RCG Qualification (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
• Current Advanced RCG or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility to work across the Club's trading hours, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience with shift work will be highly regarded
• A 'can-do' attitude and ability to work seamlessly as part of a large team
• A progressive, customer-focused mindset that puts our members and guests first
• A high standard of personal presentation
• The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
