About the role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation and Palliative Care team. You will work alongside our multidisciplinary team, inclusive of Allied Health professionals and Medical Practitioners, to deliver high-quality care in our dual purpose unit. This is a casual position, with the possibility of progressing to a permanent position.

Your main duties will include:

• To work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• To identify and respond to the changing needs of individuals.
• To provide safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient focused environment.

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• A strong commitment to customer service, quality and risk management.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• A commitment to your own learning, development and quality improvement.
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation.
