Join our team of dedicated clinical professionals at Respect We are actively seeking passionate Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional care and are ready to embark on permanent full-time contracts at our facilities spanning Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales. We invite experienced and motivated Roaming Registered Nurses to join us on permanent full-time contracts demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel to various locations to support our dynamic teams.

The Position:
The successful candidate will join our dynamic and supportive clinical team and will contribute to our strong focus on providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to residents. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and support to lower-classified employees, provide competent clinical care, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation.
Requirements
What you can bring to the role:
- A tertiary qualification in nursing or hospital equivalent certificate;
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- A genuine interest for working in aged care;
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents;
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and
- Flexibility for shift work.
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate is required to meet the requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening.
