What this job involves:

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team based at a shopping centre in Tweed Heads. You will provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of retailers and ensuring compliance with performance expectations.

A snapshot of the role:

Rent collection – chasing tenants for outstanding arrears Accounts receivable – processing retailer charges and invoices, monitoring of daily allocations; calculation of income accruals where necessary Overall co-ordination of the centre-based Lease Administration process such as Lease input, bank guarantee and PLI Coordinate and prepare monthly client reports such as P&L and Retail Report and manage input from all stakeholders Process all rent reviews and update billing details Participate in the annual budget process, working with all stakeholders, assist Centre Manager with review of budgets and manage communications of outgoings charges to retailers

To be successful, you’ll be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer service and administration. You will be highly organised with a methodical approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions Be a diligent operator with high degrees of numeracy and ability to negotiate and solve problems Able to work well independently as well as within a team environment
