: Applications are sought for an ASO5 Executive Assistant to the Supreme Court and Magistrates Court Registrars.

ACT Courts and Tribunal (ACTCT) is looking for a well organised and dynamic person who possesses the following skills to effectively perform the role and of an Executive Assistant to support and assist the Registrars exercise their functions. The successful applicant will possess:

demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive; demonstrated experience in the preparation of correspondence, repots and statistics including drafting, proof reading and dispatching to relevant stakeholders; demonstrated experience in the preparation and management of court and administrative files; demonstrated ability in prioritising, problem solving and working in an organised manner; and maintaining effective communication with relevant Judges’ and Magistrates’ Chambers and offices of the ACT Justice and Community Safety Directorate, other directorates, external organisations, and members of the legal profession.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements
