This role is primarily Trust Accounting and Relationship Management You’ll be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships with external clients. This role offers a refreshing departure from the norm, allowing you to channel your relationship and interpersonal skills into a rewarding career path that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional property management.
Client Administration & Trust Accounting: 

  • Daily receipting for CRM
  • Client Procedures and training
  • Managing Administration tasks
  • Processing owner and creditor payments
  • Rental Trust, Mid/End of month processing for clients
  • Assisting Property Managers with ledgers, statements, and owner/Tenant queries
  • Relationship management, external client inquiries 

The Candidate:

Previous experience in Trust Accounting and Property Management PARAMOUNT. 

  • Outstanding communication skills, good with numbers, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
  • Previous experience with property ME, and other common Property Management software/s
  • QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate is desirable but not required
