With a growing presence in the Residential space across 21 properties and 4000 apartments in Queensland, we are an expanding business and rapidly growing our portfolio

What this job involves:

We’re currently seeking Expressions of Interest for two roles - Assistant Property Manager & Assistant Building Manager. In these roles, you will work onsite across a dedicated portfolio and be apart of the RESIpm team where you are provided with training and mentoring to grow your career.

Assistant Property Manager

  • Attend to any customers and contractors with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all times
  • General administrative duties as specified by the Property Manager
  • Ensure all tenants, contractors, owners and Body Corporate relations are attended to in a positive manner
  • Arranging and attending inspections with potential tenants
  • Create listings and advertise apartments
  • Communicate with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process
  • QLD Certificate of Registration required

Assistant Building Manager

  • Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislation
  • Assist with Building Management Reports
  • Assist with ensuring that building procedures are maintained onsite; alongside maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
  • Assist with ensuring there is open and ongoing communication with all stakeholders of the property
