We currently have an opportunity for an Electrical Worker Crane Plant Operator to join the Essential Energy team in Port Macquarie.

About the role

As an electrical worker you will be responsible for a range of activities assisting with the installation, construction and maintenance of the energy distribution and other utility and telecommunication infrastructure requirements. You will provide other customer service activities and the operation of related plant and equipment.

This role is similar to a plant operator and  does not  require an electrical qualification.

About you

You will have a collaborative approach and understand the importance of working side by side with colleagues and customers. You will positively contribute to the community and stakeholders and put safety at the forefront of everything you do.

Required qualifications:

Demonstrated capability through past employment experience and relevant qualifications. Work Cover NSW Construction Induction Certificate. Experience in the operation of vehicles, plant and equipment.  Understanding of the safety and environmental requirements

Desirable qualifications:

Test and Tagging Elevated Work Platform Chemical Awareness, handling and storage Manual Handling
