About the Opportunity 
Exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to oversee one of Campbells & Convenience largest accounts. This role is crucial in enhancing our customer service and evolving our “Go to Market Strategy” to meet our customers' needs. Central to this is developing a customer-centric range, price, and promotion offering that ensures strong customer retention and future growth. This position plays a key role in defining and delivering customer-centric range and pricing strategies. This role will be based at our new site in Truganina and will require bi-monthly interstate travel.

In this Role You Will be…
•    Manage joint business plans with customer(s), present fortnightly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with agreed audiences
•    Ensure all agreed new products are launched on time per agreed timetable
•    Ability to read, comprehend and evaluate P&L, financial forecasts and determine opportunities
•    Evaluate product mix, GP margins, product range, buyer characteristics 
•    Manage supply chain queries, pricing and promotions for your customer(s)
•    Build strong networks with key customers: own your accounts
•    Manage, mentor and guide delivery of customer requirements
•    Grow same store revenue and remove waste. Develop new business opportunities with new customers/groups
•    Develop category offer in line with market trends and profitability targets
•    Manage, monitor and present effective category reviews

You’re Likely a Match…
•    Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG, retail or wholesale knowledge of FMCG or trading in a similar role. 
•    National account management experience, ideally in the convenience channel
•    Knowledge of Australian and International trends.
•    Understanding on Australian regulations and Grocery Code of Conduct relating to pricing and promotions.
•    Customer focused and highly collaborative, getting alignment from internal and external stakeholders. 
•    Effective influencer, using both data and persuasive argument to engage customers, suppliers and team members to achieve desired outcomes
•    Focused on data and insights that deliver on our B2B customer’s and partner’s needs.
•    Resilient in dealing with ambiguity and challenges. 
•    Degree qualification or significant National account management experience preferred for this role
