As the Senior Group Claims Consultant, you'll be responsible for a small portfolio of claims, be a technical resource for the team, and support the relationships with Zurich’s corporate or superannuation partners. 

As a subject matter expert, you’ll use your superior knowledge to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the team, drive continuous improvement and process enhancements, and protect and promote Zurich’s claim philosophy. 

Important to your success – let’s grow together

Experience in a Senior or Claims Assessor role managing end to end group insurance claims, preference for IP and TPD. A strong understanding of LICOP and claims assessment best practices. Experience providing coaching and mentoring. Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
