Service Delivery Manager

What you’ll achieve

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be part of our highly successful delivery team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of forecasting, reporting, dash boarding of project deliverables, financial analysis and resource utilization.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

Be responsible for synthesizing data from different sources, to streamline key business processes, function in a large team and drive performance improvements. Internally driving revenue-based activities and achieving set targets while managing small projects and customer expectations within the PAS and Integration portfolio. Be responsible for management of the PAS Professional services team which consists of approx. 18 staff. Coordinate the resource assignment for all PAS project-based activity working closely with the Dedalus Project Management Office (PMO). The coordination of the PAS team cross skill training and career development is required to drive the ongoing growth of the PAS team promoting, personal development and succession planning. Manage Professional Services (PS) Small Orders against the nominated annual budget. Create, track and report revenue, pipeline and opportunities. Facilitate work processes and coordinate resources for both PS small orders and projects. Manage and facilitate the Quote to Order (Q2O) and Order to Invoice (O2I) processes. Support the Sales team(s) on qualified opportunities with resourcing to support with estimates, quotes, and contribution to SOW’s and other client proposals as required. Assist in the education and mentoring of other staff to provide greater levels of customer engagement and improve the quality of service and software delivery. Work with Project Managers to facilitate resolution of issues negatively impacting customer satisfaction, project scope and/or timeframes. Create, track and report projects, teams , resource scheduling, utilization, profitability with analytics including by product, line of business and geography. Liaise with billing and finance organizations regarding revenue billings, projects analysis, expenses and liaise with project managers and billing organization to support month end and quarter end billing cycles. Design and create ad-hoc reporting and analysis Provide senior support for implementation activities where required. Lead the solution consulting staff that interfaces with customers during solution or product implementations. Identify and manage relationships with key Dedalus customers and third-party organisations, especially during project deliverable phases.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required and minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment. At least 5 years’ experience in Health software setting either, Private and Public Organisations in Australia. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Professional Services team, including full responsibility for revenue attainment, budget, profitability management and resource management. Understanding of software development and sales-to-services processes High-level of knowledge with Health industry Skills in business analysis, and requirement definition

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge / experience in software development life cycle concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization. Must be highly organized with attention to detail. Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to confront issues proactively with management.
