We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our friendly Commercial team based in Perth’s CBD.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of Beef brands and products across both Domestic and International markets, working collaboratively across all parts of the business to develop and execute business plans that drive sustainable growth for Harvest Road Group.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business-related discipline.
  • Brand management experience in agribusiness, FMCG or retail environment.
  • Curiosity and be passionate about the customer journey and brand experience.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level and manage day to day tasks.
  • Experience in developing and managing multi-channel brand campaigns in partnership with external agency partners.
  • Experience working with major retail Customers, managing Range and Price.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence effectively with cross functional teams in delivering key projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support your case for change with data and actionable insights.
  • Sound ability to collect, analyse and present complex data and information effectively to support decision making and action planning.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and able to converse with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to achieve objectives and KPIs.
  • Ability to adapt positively to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.
  • Proven ability to work as an effective member of a diverse team, as well as the ability to exercise independence, sound judgement and initiative by applying critical thinking skills in overcoming obstacles within tight timeframes.
