Fuse Recruitment are seeking reliable, hardworking Invoice / Order Processing Clerk with great attention to detail to join our client’s team on a permanent part-time basis.

$28.00/hour - 27 hours a week (6:30am to 12:00pm, Monday to Friday)

Your responsibilities will include: 
In a manufacturing environment, you'll take on the role of Invoice / Order Processing Clerk. This position is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Duties and Responsibilities include: 

  • Operation of switchboard; answering incoming calls in a professional manner and maintaining a high level of customer service whilst assisting customers with enquiries or taking messages  
  • Processing of Delivery Notes & daily generation of invoices. 
  • Liaise with drivers regarding paperwork for their deliveries. 
  • Observe safe work practices and adhere to the Company’s OHS Management System and Injury Management System.  
  • Adhere to Quality Standards outlined in the company policies. 

Essential requirements for this role: 

  • Strict adherence to office timings to ensure completion of invoicing for deliveries. 
  • Experience in invoicing, scrapping, offcut management on SAP system. 
  • Possess a strong Workplace Safety commitment and be a go-getter, with a positive and strong work ethic. 
  • Sound communication skills. 
  • Full working rights as PR/Australian citizen.
