About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at TwoScots Recruitment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of provider invoices in accordance with NDIS rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input invoices into our internal system with precision and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance best practices in Plan Management
  • Support Plan Managers with relevant information and guidance
  • Collect and document feedback on service quality from Partners
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS policies and procedures
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks, projects, and courses as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and engage with partners professionally
  • Experience working in administration roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
