What you will do 

  • Responsive of customer complaints, monitoring and reporting including ASIC and APRA reporting requirements
  • Work closely with the Scania Finance team to improve the customer experience through feedback 
  • Ensure Customer Due Diligence and ASTRA (internal register for privacy) requirements are fulfilled and registered
  • Maintain governance of all Scania Finance risk and compliance policies, ensuring up to date policies are made available to staff 
  • Develop and manage all obligations registers, including those required for AML/KYC and APRA
  • Collaborate and work with Scania Finance teams and external advisers (as required) to ensure changes to legal, regulatory and global Compliance requirements are implemented

Who you are

To be successful as the Compliance Manager, you will hold a degree in Business or related discipline, have proven knowledge and experience in Operational Risk and Compliance. You will manage the non-credit risk profile of Scania Finance through the establishment of appropriate policies, procedures and systems
