What you will do

As a Financial Services professional, you will provide the leadership, development, motivation and mentoring to your team to generate new business and develop strong stakeholder engagement within the Scania Commercial Operations - trucks, used trucks and buses.
A strategic role, working with the various stakeholders on EBIT, projects, portfolio growth, market and business plans, enabling informed decision through supportive financial, commercial and operations analysis.
This role will act as the conduit with the senior Scania finance team, Scania Finance Australia business team and the Scania Finance Asia team. You and your team will work across the commercial operations of the business to ensure growth and ensure targets are achieved.

Who you are

To be successful in this role we believe you will possess the following

• Proven leadership, development and mentoring abilities

• Well-honed stakeholder management, including partnering, influencing and communication skills

• Relevant business knowledge and experience from the financial services sector including portfolio and sales management experience

• General experience/knowledge in the commercial vehicle industry, automotive/OEM experience advantageous

• Ability to analyse financial results and recommend and implement necessary actions to maximise the business operational performance

• Balanced commercial and risk awareness approach
