**The Opportunity**:
Opt Hire is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Associate to be based in Melbourne, VIC.

**You will be expected to**:

- Manage Accounts Receivable end-to-end
- Generating customer statements and following up payments
- Manage Accounts Payable end-to-end
- Review invoices and send for approval
- Reconcile invoices to supplier statements
- Raise Weekly and Monthly payment runs
- Responding to internal and external invoice based inquiries
- Adhoc finance and administration tasks

**Here's what we are looking for...**
- At least five years previous end to end accounts receivable and payable experience
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Positive phone manner and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and also a self motivator
