About the Opportunity:

In response to high demand for our services, we are expanding our team based in Clayfield. We are seeking resilient and adaptable customer service professionals for both part-time, and full-time roles in our high-volume inbound contact centre. If you are dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure a seamless customer experience, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, primarily over the phone, assisting with appointment bookings and general enquiries.
  • Manage patient referrals from our website and referring practitioners, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ensure patients are well-prepared for their services by providing essential information, such as arrival times, appointment preparations, and cost estimates.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate pathology and previous imaging records to ensure a seamless patient experience.

About You

  • You are customer-focused, demonstrating empathy, care, and compassion as you find solutions for patients and referrers alike.
  • A strong communicator, you confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • You are tech-savvy, with the ability to work accurately across various systems. Experience with Radiology Information Systems or Customer Management Systems is a plus.
  • Resilient and capable of thriving under pressure, you adapt quickly to change. Experience in a contact centre or medical administration is highly regarded.
