What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Payroll Consultant (PeopleSoft) you will:

  • Serve as a functional consultant and business analyst for a PeopleSoft Global Payroll implementations, upgrades, and support
  • Support the Global Payroll module and work closely with a functional architect
  • Test, debug and drive continuous improvement of the product
  • Use your familiarity of HCM processes, knowledge of ANZ legislation to develop under a mentor and support clients
  • Utilise your strong communication skills, Excel and MS PowerPoint development and presentation skills

You are someone who has experience in providing payroll consulting, implementation, upgrade or support services, with strong customer service skills and the ability to build exceptional client relationships.

  • PeopleSoft Global Payroll consultant (desirable)
  • 4+ years of experience in Payroll ideally with AUS or NZL deployment experiences.
  • Good knowledge on Software Development Lifecycles (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of fluid and new components like GP (desirable)
  • Certified in PeopleSoft or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills e.g. leading customer meetings and workshops.
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to gain commitment from others.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Understand when to escalate.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
