This is a three-month contract with an immediate start for the right candidate.

About the Role: Support a major change management process by creating and reviewing role descriptions for senior roles, undertaking classification assessments, and providing senior-level change management support.

Commencement: ASAP | Duration: 3 months

Classification Level: ASO6/7

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review role descriptions for senior executive service (SAES) positions.
  • Conduct classification assessments for senior roles.
  • Provide expert support through complex change management processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and implementation of changes.

About You:

  • Extensive experience with SAES structures and SA Government frameworks.
  • Proven track record in developing senior-level role descriptions within government, preferably within the health sector.
  • Strong background in supporting complex change management initiatives.
  • Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.
  • Ability to commence immediately and commit to a three-month tenure.
