We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment strategies for clinical trials.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential study participants, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
  • Implementing outreach programs to enhance participant engagement and ensure diverse trial enrollment.
  • Utilizing data analytics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contributing to the overall success of clinical trials by meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
Your Profile::
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare.
  • Proven experience in clinical trial recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
