The purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to our senior brokers. This role will include: Accounts Receivable Functions - Raising Invoices and Generating Premium Funding Quotes Providing administrative support and preparing/updating management/performance report Management of credit reports (via systems portal) General office management duties Managing insurance limit applications and decisions Reviewing Policy terms and conditions Arranging quote submissions, preparing new business proposals and renewal documents as required Co-ordinate and ensure timely response to any client or underwriter enquires / issues Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures Applying best business practise in at activities ethically, professionally and with integrity This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry, or alternatively an interest in the insurance industry, plus: Demonstrated ability to work and solve problems autonomously Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous invoicing or related accounts receivable knowledge Ability to learn quickly Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail Strong Microsoft Office skills (namely Microsoft Excel) Gallagher Benefits – we offer great benefits and career development opportunities including tuition assistance; career development and training to build a personalised career pathway; wellbeing offerings; employee assistance program; additional weeks’ Lifestyle leave; Gallagher Rewards for discounts at 350+ major retailers; Employee Stock Purchase Plan to invest in the company's growth potential; paid Volunteering days; and salary scarified superannuation options.
