The core responsibility of this position is to offer administrative support to our senior brokers.

This role will involve:

  • Accounts Receivable Functions - Issuing Invoices and Generating Premium Funding Quotes
  • Providing administrative assistance and preparing/updating management/performance reports
  • Managing credit reports through the systems portal
  • General office management tasks
  • Overseeing insurance limit applications and decisions
  • Reviewing Policy terms and conditions
  • Coordinating quote submissions, crafting new business proposals, and handling renewal documents as necessary
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate responses to client or underwriter queries/issues
  • Upholding the highest standards of business ethics, professionalism, and integrity

This opportunity requires a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sector, or a keen interest in the insurance field, along with:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in independent problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with excellent multitasking skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in invoicing or related accounts receivable tasks
  • Quick learning aptitude
  • Outstanding administration skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
