We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Senior Operations Coordinator for an 10 -month fixed term contract.

This role provides administration and coordination support to the Operations and Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will be organised and proactive with good attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Operations and Senior Leadership Team including diary management.

Events coordination – promotion and planning of all site events – family day, Christmas events, engagement, and committee events.

Communications - coordinate all site communications including monthly newsletter, team meetings, and internal social media updates.

Responsible for the coordination meetings, conferences, compiling of meeting minutes and distributing in a timely manner.

Uniform shop – Budget management, approval of invoicing and distribution of uniforms to employees.

Requirements for the role:

Previous personal assistant or co-ordinator experience highly regarded.

High level of organizational & administrative skills & ability.

Strong communication skills & well developed interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of FMCG/Manufacturing industry an advantage.
