We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our Australia and New Zealand operations. As a key member of our Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, productivity, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to support business growth and sustainability goals.
  • Manage major capital projects safely and within budget.
  • Develop and manage engineering resources and succession planning.
  • Lead the reliability agenda to reduce engineering downtime and achieve world-class standards.
About You:
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Over 10 years of engineering experience in the food industry and project management.
  • Experience in capital budget planning and strategic business planning.
  • Track record of involvement with cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
