ANZ Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will provide functional and business leadership, supporting and developing strategic planning for the Australian and New Zealand business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that support business growth, productivity, and sustainability goals through capital expenditure.
- Develop long-term and annual capital budget plans that are aligned with APAC Sector.
- Manage major capital projects safely and to the approved budget, agreed schedule, and scope.
- Support and manage the development of engineering resources and succession planning.
- Work closely with ANZ EHS team to implement processes supporting safety in projects.
- Lead the reliability agenda to reduce engineering downtime to achieve world-class standards.
- Engineering degree – Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical, highly desirable.
- Over 10 years of engineering experience in the food industry and project management experience.
- Experience in capital budget planning (short & long term).
- Experience in strategic business planning in relation to capital projects.
- Track record of involvement with cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
