WOW Recruitment  is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative that is ready to take their career to the next level. Working across the APAC region, you will be responsible for growing a high-quality pipeline of opportunities and nurturing leads from early stages to qualified sales opportunities. An excellent role for BDRs looking to step into the SaaS/FinTech industry, where you will have the chance to develop your career and move into AE role. 
   
About You:  
 
 

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as an BDR is ideal, working in SaaS or Fintech 
  • Strong ambition and capability to progress within a sales environment. 
  • Persistent drive for personal and professional growth and strong business acumen. 
  • Ability to qualify prospects and customers and generate leads. 
  • Experience working with CRM. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creative problem-solving and strong analytical abilities. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and sell to clients in B2B and B2C 
  • Experience working with KPIs, metrics and targets.

Your role: 
  
 

  • Work with the BDR team to bolster Pipeline growth in key markets. 
  • Research and nurture new marketing leads, qualifying self-generated leads and turning them into potential sales prospects. 
  • Manage an outbound call cycle. 
  • Establish and maintain a consistent, qualified lead pipeline within assigned territories. 
  • Employ creative tactics to identify opportunities, engaging various stakeholders to expand awareness and gather information to qualify leads. 
  • Coordinate with internal resources from other departments, such as Pre-Sales, when necessary.
