Join our team as a Workplace End User Technology Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in modernising the workplace and maintaining support for our production environment. Leading a team of subject matter experts, you'll oversee our M365 suite, audio visual environment, and operational application stack, ensuring effective prioritisation and allocation of tasks amongst resources.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll lead a team to manage workload, priorities, and resourcing requirements, aligning services with our IT strategy and FFMA goals. You'll conduct governance meetings with 3rd party service providers, implement solutions across the M365 platform, manage the lifecycle of Audio Visual solutions, and prioritise and allocate work to team members. Additionally, you'll ensure team compliance with ITSM policies and procedures, maintain system security and performance, and build constructive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need tertiary qualifications in Technology or similar, along with ITIL certification. You should have extensive professional experience in a similar environment, with a solid understanding of ITIL and its adaptation in a professional service environment.
Effective communication skills, ability to provide guidance and coach others within a team, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines are essential attributes for success in this position.
