We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 6-month contract to support a major ERP implementation project for a prominent client in the food manufacturing industry.

Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of an ERP system. Your expertise will guide the optimisation of various business processes, including Order to Cash, Financial Planning to Reporting, Customer Lifecycle Management, Demand to Plan, and Master Data Management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Order to Cash: Analyse and streamline the order-to-cash process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Financial Planning to Reporting: Support the development and implementation of financial planning and reporting processes within the ERP system.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Optimise customer lifecycle management processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Demand to Plan: Assist in refining demand planning processes to align with business goals and market needs.
  • Master Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data across the ERP system.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with ERP implementations. Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Order to Cash, Financial Planning to Reporting, Customer Lifecycle Management, Demand to Plan, and Master Data Management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and related software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
