About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our branch network. You’ll help ensure that our facilities not only look great but also operate efficiently, reflecting our vision of greatness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance requests, source contractors, and oversee work quality.
  • Develop and implement operational maintenance plans to improve service and asset performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and codes.
  • Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and policy development to ensure operational excellence.
