**Position Overview**:
As an Osteopath at Cremorne Osteopathy, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal issues. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, individualised care and contribute to the overall success of the clinic, using our recovery facilities and close client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Facilitating closing and opening of clinic in accordance to your hours, and processing of payments.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Utilise osteopathic techniques such as manual therapy, manipulation, and exercise prescription to alleviate pain and improve function.
- Educate patients on self-care, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay current with developments in osteopathic medicine and incorporate new techniques and evidence-based practices into your work.
- Participate in clinic meetings, case discussions, and continuing education opportunities to foster professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Osteopathy (or equivalent qualification).
- Valid registration with AHPRA.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, with strong diagnostic and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with specific patient populations (e.g., athletes, elderly patients).
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
- Additional qualifications or training in areas such as sports medicine, biomechanics, or women’s health.

Pay: $50,299.26 - $118,841.07 per year
