About the role

The business service centre is the hub that provides high standards of customer service to our staff, visitors and patients as they enter the Eastern Health premises. This leadership role will plan, coordinate and manage the every day to day operations of the business service team including but not limited to the contact centre, managing reception desks across multiple sites, building and system accesses and duress systems.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Experience in leading an acute health service or business related position 
  • Relevant qualifications in management/business
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
