L3 Trading Floor Tech Support

You will join one of the big4 banks as a L3 Technical Support on their trading floor. You will have a background in Non-Contact Centre Voice Infrastructure services & will be responsible for working on the MSTeams phone recording and trading floor systems’ stability to deliver related project work on time with optimal cost benefits. To be successful you will have experience with IPC, NICE & MSTR platforms.
  
This is a 6 month contract with high possibility to extend for 2 years.
  
About you

  • 2 years experience compliance call recording systems
  • 8 years experience in planning, implementation and support of telephony services infrastructure in medium-large enterprise
  • Experience with technical document writing (ITSD, SSD)
  • Experience with Trading Floor System (IPC, Unigy), highly regarded
  • Commercial acumen & self leader

  
Day to day

  • Provide L3 DevOp and Operation support for MSTeams Recording service.
  • Assisting the L3 and Trading Floor service support team with BAU support and Project delivery.
  • Manage team’s systems Vulnerabilities and resolution.
  • Manage team’s Continuous Improvement and Service Improvement program.
  • Manage team’s overall services deliveries performance including MTTR, OLA, SLA
  • Manage team’s Change Control submission.
  • Complete all company’s mandatory training on time. Including OHS, Risk and Compliance.
