Inviting applications for the role of ManagementTrainee - Customer CareCredit Assessment
We are looking for a Candidate with experience in home lending who would be responsible for credit verification/assessment processes and adhering to lending policies to ensure that an acceptable level of risk is maintained to enable an unconditional approval.
Responsibilities
Managing workflow from a central queue in a timely manner
Completing credit verification checks (income, General Living expenses, NCCP requirements, security and others) to ensure application input is meeting the Bank policies and responsible lending requirements
Managing the end-to-end assessment of the lending process through to decision
Preparation of files and ensuring all required documentation is included in submissions
Understand key requirements of credit to ensure lending applications are completed in line with bank policies
Understanding of computer systems to ensure records accurately reflect customer position
Work with Credit team to ensure objectives are met in timely manner
Understand key requirements of credit to ensure lending applications are completed in line with Bank policy
Adherence to compliance regulations and manage any potential risks
Contribute to process improvement and quality framework
Liaise with third party brokers, clients and stakeholders
Getting results that help our customers achieve their financial lifestyle goals
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Graduate/ Bachelor’s/Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Tertiary education within business/financial services
Prior experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry
Highly Proficient in working on MS Office suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
Good conceptual knowledge and strong exposure to Banking Mortgage Operations
Proficient in working in an agile environment and demonstrate high attention to detail
Capable of working independently on managing their respective portfolios and delivering it within their stipulated timelines
Capable of assisting the management by providing process improvement ideas to reduce waste and improve efficiency of the process
