We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisors to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

  • Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training and support.
  • To have positive involvement and interaction with the overall West team both at individual and entire team level
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivate colleagues and create a team environment through living team motivation
  • Good physical condition and stamina.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
