About the Role:

This is an exciting casual opportunity to join our dynamic team of health professionals as a Registered Nurse at St. Agnes Bene Aged Care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resident Care: Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Clinical Skills: Apply sound clinical and assessment skills to manage and respond to residents' health needs.
  • Decision-Making: Demonstrate initiative and strong decision-making skills in all aspects of resident care.
  • Time Management: Utilize effective time management and problem-solving abilities to deliver timely and efficient care.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all clinical quality compliance standards and organizational policies.
