About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as Nurse Assessors/Facilitators. As a key member of our assessment team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the competencies and skills of nursing students or professionals undergoing training and certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment of Skills and Knowledge: Evaluate the clinical and theoretical knowledge of students or trainees to ensure they meet the required standards of practice.
  • Developing and Conducting Assessments: Administer, and mark assessments such as written exams, practical tests, and observational assessments.
  • Providing Feedback and Guidance: Offer constructive feedback to students, helping them understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Identify gaps that may require further training.
  • Compliance with Educational Standards: Ensure that all assessments align with the educational standards and regulations set by relevant accrediting bodies.
Essential Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • 5+ Years as a Registered Nurse
  • Current RN AHPRA Registration
  • Recent National Police Check
  • Valid WWCC
  • Fully Vaccinated
Work Arrangements

This is an ad hoc casual roster pool position, with shifts available in various locations across the state. You will be required to work on an as-needed basis, supporting the client's requirements during periods of assessments.

Shifts will be available in the morning and afternoon, with a range of locations including regional hubs, coastal towns, and metropolitan centers.
