As our Bar Attendant, reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a fun and trusted environment for our guests, take good care, and work alongside a team embodying integrity.   

We have full-time, part-time and casual positions + penalty loadings for early mornings, late nights and weekends 

Based on your skills and availability you will be considered for one of our venues across our Bars

Venues we are recruiting for:

Cherry Bar – The epitome of sophistication and luxe. Signature seasonal cocktail menu crafted by The Star’s highly talent team of mixologists. Cherry features a lavish 22 metre bar in the heart of the action.

Sports Bar - Our hub for all mega sporting events. All your pub favourites, bar and entertainment lineups weekly, and over 50 LCD TVS.

Latitude - Nightlife, entertainment, and world class casino at your doorstep. Latitude bar services our Main Gaming Floor.

Sovereign Room – Exclusive, luxe and unique space for our VIP Members, with uninterrupted views of the iconic Sydney harbour, a sophisticated sunken bar and a fine dining restaurant offering Asian and Western cuisines.

A few of your responsibilities:    

  • Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is timely, effective and efficient
  • Handle all guest queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact and refer all problems together to your leader
  • Maintain a high level of beverage product knowledge, mixers and cocktails
  • Follow all dispensing measures as per procedures, and the necessary recording of waste it
  • Provide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient manner

What we are looking for:   

  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Previous experience in Bars
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster 
  • Current NSW RSA
