Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment, prioritize multiple functions and tasks, and manage work time efficiently.
  • Ability to lead small to medium sized projects and events, managing up or across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Complete travel coordination tasks.
