What we need

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, driving HR initiatives, and most of all, having fun. Some of the must-have’s experiences include:

  • Extensive experience in HR Management, with a strong focus on employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR).
  • Solid understanding of HR Administration and processes
  • Proven experience using HR systems, preferably Employment Hero.
  • Engaging through strong leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Influencing through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilising experiencing in project and change management, and organisational skills.
  • Acting with emotional intelligence and empathy, and thinking strategically

What you’ll do

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, team cohesion, productivity and overall workplace culture.
  • Work with managers to forecast staffing needs, particular for peak seasons.
  • Work with the broader HR Team to identify and prepare for major organisational change.
  • Through effective coaching and support, drive performance and behaviours
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for prospective, new and existing employees.
  • Support managers monitor achievement of KPI’s and proactively address any performance or engagement issues.

4WD Supacentre is a family owned and operated retail business that specializes in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products (Adventure Kings). We have a network of 27 retail stores across metro and regional locations in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and WA. Our operations also include warehousing, and commercial sales, engineering (development) and call centre. Our business is fast paced, constantly changing, growing, and evolving.
