**About the opportunity**

We’re seeking an experienced
** People & Performance Business Partner** to join our team based in either
** Brisbane (Brendale)** or
**Sydney (Chipping Norton)**. We're looking for a proactive HR professional, keen on enhancing employee experience, driving business growth, and fostering talent development and engagement. Experience in business partnering within manufacturing/distribution will help you make an immediate impact in our environmentally focused manufacturing business.

**Reporting to the National People and Performance Manager you will**:

- Provide insightful HR coaching and strategic support
- Manage local ER/IR matters effectively
- Elevate the employee experience and promote our EVP
- Oversee performance and talent processes across the business
- Participate actively in HR change projects to drive business improvement
- Implement learning and development programs
- Approach decision-making with a commercial mindset and identify business enhancement opportunities

**About You**

You are an
** HR professional** committed to fostering a positive culture, with strong attention to detail and focused on business objectives. Your passion for business growth and experience as an HR Business Partner will enable you to drive employee engagement and development. While experience in manufacturing is beneficial, it's not essential.

With qualifications in HR or a related field or equivalent in experience, you're adept at managing industrial relations and comfortable in a unionised workforce dealing with Enterprise Agreements. Flexibility to travel as required, a dedication to quality, and a commitment to our organisational pillars - culture and leadership, talent and capability, inclusion and diversity, innovation and workplace relations - complete the package.
