The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager and based out of Darra, the Customer Account Managerwill be responsible for leading a team of service technician and effectively managing a variety of customer accounts. Their primary objective is to ensure that VAE Group not only meet all contractual requirements but also consistently deliver our promise of "Built in Certainty" to customers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Work with service manager to meet KPI's
  • Lead and provide technical support to a team of Mechanical Service Technicians
  • Provide quotations for service jobs or installation works
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer’s satisfaction
  • Identify potential opportunities & trends for our service business improvement and growth
  • Assist in the coaching and developing of staff
