About the Role:

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactiveFinance and Insurance Manager who is a true teamplayer and ready to assist us in our continued sales growth acrossthe business.

You will have a strong eye for detail and be a naturalinformation gatherer, to assess and identify opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing the F&I sales andtransactions for your dealerships and have a strong ability to makeand maintain great relationships with customers and businesspartners.

Key responsibilities:

Primarily you will be responsible for achieving set salestargets.Driving the performance of all Finance and Insurance Productsavailable to you through our Financial Services, and other FinancePartners, Pursuing profitable growthIdentify new opportunities - customer prospectingMaintaining relationships with new and existing customersMaintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurersProvide the best customer experience possible.

To succeed in the role, you need:

1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-pacedretail automotive environment.Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to helpcustomers realize their vehicle ownership and protectiondreams.Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within adealership environment.Essential experience in a similar business management role,preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.

This position would be suited to a candidate who is keen to joina progressive company, a high achiever, with fantastic customerservice experience, and a great work ethic.
