Job Description

About the role

We are seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician to join our established, high performing team in Roma, QLD. 

Working across our diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more, your role will be to:

  • Carry out mechanical inspections, servicing and repairs across our product range
  • Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily 
  • Monitor and record parts usage
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and experience

To succeed in the role, you will have:

  • A mechanical trade qualification i.e. mobile plant, light vehicle, heavy vehicle, diesel fitter
  • Current driver's licence
  • Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • A demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to work unsupervised
