We're looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a leading solutions-based service provider in Newcastle (Hydraulics).
With National presence and over 20 years in operation, this opportunity is perfect for someone looking for a secure position with plenty of diversity.
Specifics
Full time permanent, Monday to Friday work week, based 10 minutes from the Newcastle CBD with parking available.
Role overview:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers regarding requests for information, stock, purchasing and servicing
- Collaborate closely with External Sales Representatives and Engineers to meet customer needs effectively
- Convert leads & provide quotes to customers in a timely manner
- General parts interpretation (training and ongoing support provided)
- Process orders via the CRM system
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within a Sales Admin / Internal Sales role
- Strong administrative skills including experience working with CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer experience
- Desirable - Experience working within a mechanical / hydraulic environment and/or aptitude for learning in a technical parts environment (products include, motors, breaks, valves supplied to Coal Loading companies) Training & ongoing support provided
- Strong time management, problem solving skills and attention to detail
