Talenza’s global financial services client are hiring for a highly effective Client Services Consultant to join the organisation. Working within the client solutions call centre, this role provides clients with accurate & timely account information, up-to-date product knowledge and information surrounding applicable legislation. This role suits candidates with prior call centre/customer service experience and background, ideally within the financial services industry.

Role Title: Client Services Consultant

Permanent Opportunity:

Pay:$65,000 Excluding Super.

Location: Sydney CBD, 2000. Office/WFH Hybrid

Role Requirements:

  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all products, performance, procedures and business rules
  • Provide clients/advisers with accurate and timely account information within service levels
  • Educate clients/advisers about up-to-date products and services
  • Ensure notes of calls are placed on relevant systems
  • Produce and send statements and reports to clients/advisers when requested
  • Report and escalate identified risks and issues to team leaders as appropriate
  • Ensure all Activity is entered correctly
  • Adhere to key controls
  • Provide assistance to other areas where necessary

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Call Centre/ Customer Service experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong self/time management skills & ability to multi-task
  • A strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry. Financial industry experience and qualifications are desirable
  • Unit Trust, Superannuation and Pension knowledge is desirable
  • An ability to make well-informed and substantiated decisions

Candidates must be based in the Greater Sydney Area and must possess existing full working rights - Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
