About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Consultant to join our team at Perpetual. As a key member of our Client Solutions call centre, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and advisers, ensuring timely and accurate account information, product knowledge, and legislative updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and business rules.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely account information, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Educate clients on our products and services, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure all calls are documented and relevant systems are updated.
  • Produce and send statements and reports to clients as requested.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to team leaders, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Enter Activity and Break Codes accurately, adhering to key controls.
  • Ensure no advice is given to clients, maintaining a focus on providing information and support.
  • Maintain awareness of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide assistance to other areas as needed, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including unit trusts, superannuation, and pension knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Desirable RG146 compliance.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and MS Office suite.
  • Superior organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
