Job Description

We're looking for Job Coaches to join our dedicated and passionate team in Adelaide. We deliver services across multiple offices in Northern, Eastern and Western and Southern Adelaide.

We are a determined and compassionate team who thrives together in pursuit of our belief that works for everyone whilst having fun along the way.

Job Description

Job Coaches work with our clients to support them into sustainable employment. Day to day, you’ll be meeting with clients, helping them with their resume and job applications, contacting employers and referring them to training courses or other health supports.

We provide full training; we’re looking for people that:

  • Have compassion
  • Have a genuine belief that works for everyone
  • Are problem solvers
  • Are resilient and enjoy a challenge

We find that people from retail, customer service or hospitality backgrounds thrive in our team.

Additional Information

What we will give you:
